When you buy something, your payment is held by CampusWhop. The seller is notified, sources or delivers the item, and you confirm receipt. Only then does the seller get paid. If something goes wrong, you can raise a dispute and our team steps in.
Sellers receive their payment within 1 business day after the buyer confirms delivery. For digital products, payment is released automatically after the file is delivered.
You can raise a dispute directly from your orders page. Our admin team reviews disputes and can refund your payment if the seller fails to deliver. This is why escrow exists — it protects buyers.
